Oooh I'm almost crying, I lost my beautiful basset (in September 2010) and Chocolat reminds me of her so much!! The same colors, the same attitude, the same barking and movements. Such a lovely dogs!

Chocolat minds pretty well for a Basset Hound. She seems very smart for one also. I grew up with these dogs; they are hilarious at times, but you have to enjoy their slobber & hound smell. Good luck

@markhp48 slobber? yep, that's true. L0L When I walk mine we need to stop a few times to smell the mail other dogs have left on the way and that is mandatory. L0L When aggresive dogs approach us which is not very often fortunately my basset wants to play ignoring that the other wants to eat him! L0L
