@jessicaghines i edit out the drying time but my nail polishes are pretty good, dont take long to dry. and it helps to have a fast drying top coat. i use poshe

@99kessjai you can use things around the house if you don have dotting tools. toothpicks, pen tips, bobby pins etc... just try it on a piece of paper and see how big a dot it makes.
