I remember seeing this game on PS2 the first time it came out; I thought it looked pretty interesting but I didnt buy it (Didnt have a PS2) so when I went into the same store i saw it first and there it was Okami Wii Edition, I ran over to it and bought it straight away. Played it defeated Orochi and sat back expecting credits to roll to my amazment the game went on for another 30 hours!

In short, this is one of the best games ever made.

Yeah this was annoying. Sometimes Issun talks 2 hours about what do you have to do. But sometimes there was a puzzle and no ones gave me a hint what is is about.

And he was really rude. He talking about boobs, he was unfriendly to some people and he called this one girl always "Schlampe"...means "Bitch" in english. I bought the game with "God Hand". And this game is realllllyyy hard. Devil may Cry is very hard too. Well, Okami is okay. :D

@MajesticWolfsx The reason Capcom did that was to get the game to the best fitted and best selling console and that was the DS. But don't be sad, the creators of Okamiden said they will make another game for the 3DS based on the reviews of Okamiden. :D

The only game that ever had me in tears, at the end when everyone was encouraging Ammy to keep fighting. I know this wasn't the first game to do that but it did it with such emotion and beautiful atmosphere when it showed everyone rooting for you I got flashbacks of all the shit i went through to help all of them and just those few moments of them cheering made it all worth it. Also @ 3:28 in the background painting you can see the dragon queen had her baby, I thought that was cool.

The real issue, as told by someone who worked on the Wii port, was that they were unable to remove the Clover Studios logo from the credits. I don't recall the exact details, but I think they were missing the raw source code for the credit sequence and as a result could not edit it. They could not ask Clover's permission (since they were, well, gone) and keeping it there could cause some legal issues...

Don't get me wrong now. I feel cheated as much as the next guy, especially since I ONLY played the Wii version, but they tried very hard to keep it in. It makes the ending feel a little incomplete, but fortunately there are videos like this to at least partially remedy that.

I freaking love this game. I can't believe how wonderful this was. I've played through it 4 times lol. I only wish Clover Studio were still around and was in charge of the DS Okamiden. I haven't personally played Okamiden yet, but I doubt it will be anywhere near as epic as the original <3 I'll still probably pick it up when released in the US to see what it's like.
