Also, i have watched this stuff since Feb 08, I NEED/WANT/DESIRE at least 5 good face to face lessons, so where the hell in Campbelltown or areas are some folk who want to earn some decent cash...well??
I had another tip that could help "sitting-in". Try to jam with several guitarists before going public. Every guitarist plays different. To have some experience with accompanying guitarists can help a lot...
That's the real accomplishment: You went into that pub knowing nobody! Probably it is good if you go to several open mic night before, just to listin in. Once you got comfortable in the surrounding (maybe after meeting some regulars) it is (probably) easier to go on stage.
Really enjoying the videos, been practicing for about 6 months and after watching this I have just done my first jam night, it has given me so much confidence but still got lots to learn.
Real nice work Alex! Good tone, timing, and ideas.
I'm proud of you and i don't even know you. I'm a harp teacher as well and just want to say that's a real teacher. Getting your students out and encouraging them to play in the real world is what it's all about!! Good one!
Brian have you done any more advanced tutorials yet?

Awesome video - these are the best harmonica tutorial videos I have seen - thanks a lot.
Also, check out bendometer. It's a download that helps you hit the right pitch when bending and overblowing

I had a real ball watching this one-seems like playing blues harp is mostly a "man" thing. I can't play blues yet-just plain old harp. Great Stuff!!!
