I've fallen in love with throat singing. First heard it, clearly, on one of Robbie Robertson's cd's. Would love to have a cd of nothing but these two girls singing. They are incredible. Hate to coin this phrase, given today's connotation of it, but wonder if they've been "discovered"? Most people here on The Great Turtle Island don't appreciate Native culture, being it's from "dumb Indians".
