All it does is cut the draw distance, which is illegal in most respectable leagues. In the league I'm in, you probably would have been under suspicion for the randomly shooting into thick trees and getting kills, and even if they couldn't see what your screen actually showed, it would be labeled as hacking and you would be disqualified. Also, you shouldn't need exploits to do well; that's pathetic.

Its illegal in all competitive play, and punkbuster servers (most, not all) do not allow it. It is a cheat, although implimented in the game, but its a cheat non the less.

@Airsoft109z Steam supports the game, but it messes up in multiplayer due to a program being detected by punkbuster which then kicks you. The program is steam - you have to disable it to play.

I recommend buying a CD Key & downloading the game, or purchasing a hard copy from the store.
