It vexes me why you're even saying that. I sure don't have any problems with english. The only English word that I have a problem with is the word ignorance. Obviously some people aren't going to be as good at English; try going to America where english is the only official language. It's ridiculously easy to find someone that can't speak english properly. There are obviously still Americans that can use correct punctuation and sentence structure. Just don't generalize and/or stereotype people.
