I can only imagine him pronouncing every lyric that one of his best friends who had lost his mind wrote, all about losing his mind, every syllable must be a clogging jerk in David Gilmour's throat....a very nice cover, doesn't capture the same.....zaniness as Syd, but....No one could but Syd.....but Good job David, it must have been a hard song to pull off I don't know how he doesn't break down crying in that last AAAAALLLLL.......Beautiful.

That was so damn beautiful my eyes watered, it looks like david was struggling and holding back tears at some part because he knows this song was syd barretts cry for help, this cover shows a lot of emotions and it really is powerful. Syd was a genius, I don't care what anybody says shine on you, crazy diamond.
