The bit's shank is smaller than the ball diameter, right? Or is there an acrylic sheet preventing the balls from falling? Or maybe the course is slighty tilted?
I just finished building my cnc router and I'm thinking in building marble mazes and runs, and other cool stuff like that (I love this things; in fact, my wife got me one for christmas a couple of years ago).
Very nice. Out of curiosity, what kind of wood did you use and how thick is it? Also, have you ever made any of these free hand or do you always use a cnc router?
Beautifully and accurately made. How did you cut the canals?
I am attempting to avoid using metal in any way, but in the experimental stages it is not practical to avoid using screws.
Having just joined. I discovered by accident on how to make a rating; having noted the lack of ratings on people's videos I suspect others do not know!
How this is made. I've spent 2years developing the method of the concept, and debugging the process. It is cut using a 3/4" ball shaped bit and a cnc router. The program cuts the course separately from the moving parts. then they are assembled afterwards.

What does 18 Maximum density mean?
icewhipRox 1 year ago
18 means my 18th design. Maximum Density means that I tried to pack as many different functions into as small a space as possible.
