OMG. Ive been diving there. Coolest place. There is also an air bubble there 15m deep and you can take out your reg and talk.

you might be thinking of Bernies Cave at Middle Arch (the bubble is at 8m) or the cave at Hope Point (the bubble is at 6m)

It's a pretty sweet place ... The dive site is known as Blue Mao Mao Arch and it's around 12m at it's deepest.
