As for Mythbusters... They are actually come exceptionally close to scientific methodology, don't they? They take a hypothesis, give it a lot leeway, and then test it. Experiment is worth a thousands guesses, no?..

They do not, however, observe the scientific rigour in many areas, making their approach to things like aforementioned hydrogen fuels or anti-gravity an outright farce.

Mundane stuff, brilliant. Complex ideas or small effects better left to better rigour.

I've seen a video where a hydrogen fuel expert critiques the mythbusters episode on hydrogen fuel, where he points out that they made every mistake in the book in their experimental set-up. Mythbusters portrayed the technology as dangerous, unsafe, impractical, and worthless...

Experimental Physics is an art. Just ask Daryl Preston who wrote the book on it. That was the book I used when I took experimental physics in college.

someone correct me if im wrong but the the idea of antigravity seems to be sort of a misnomer, the idea here is to apply enough energy to a rotating field of plasma in order to create a sort of spacial vortex which can be "surfed" upon.

As far as i know, the Biefeld-brown effect takes place at or near the dielectric breakdown point, i.e. when it sparks. To reach this point in a vacuum chamber you would need millions of volts, so the Mythbusters test is still not conclusive.

Likewise if gravity can push against mater then logic would dictate that one should be able to hold on to the mater and push against gravity with that same mater; thereby moving the aircraft.

The problem with Mythbusters is its a business. Their number one goal is to make money proving or debunking claims.

You don't make money by funding very expensive projects. Your don't make money by hiring many engineers and having them work long hours.

You make money by conducting cheap low budget experiments that still get viewers.

I would have liked to see Mythbusters test Megavolt capacitors in the vacuum chamber.

Well first of i know that mythbusters doesn't have the most scientific approach, but they did put the machine in a vacuum and it did not work. Also if that "anti gravity device" had worked don't you think would be some person who did the same thing in their basement and have actual proof that did not happen. They also had used a device to see if it had defied gravity in any way after the vacuum test and yet it had not defied gravity what so ever.

I would like to perform my own vacuum and oil medium tests, because I have heard numerous claims of independent researchers that say it does work in their experiments, yet all the "official" sources who say it doesn't could potentially be linked to a cover-up of some kind. Which would be expected if this was indeed a highly classified technology...

TV and sensationalism. One problem with Ufology that I've had is that most of the "sources" for evidence is only sensationalism. No one else will take this seriously. One Bob White example, if it wasn't for you i wouldn't believe David Lamb or Chris Ellis since I can't even validate their credentials let alone existence. One thing the discovery channel did do right is name the man/cred who tested the Leir implants (Doug Perovic). You can call him yourself and discuss the metallurgical testings.

Not all their stuff, I am sure some of there experiments can be pretty accurate and there are a lot of stupid myths out there to bust...

It's just that their scientific method cannot be trusted if you perform 20 experiments, only show one result on camera, don't give complete data or room for further experiment (the very foundation of science)

Very cool, i watched the mythbusters where they debunked the high electrostatic lifter. I use to make them myself from a flyback transformer in square tvs and it did have a bit of hissing but very little wind, so i find it funny that the unit lifted because of the air motion. Their isnt enough wind propulsion to lift the unit whatsoever. You want antigravity, you gotta find a way of creating vast energy in order to make it happen.
