London is a great city. I saw from my hotel room one day that the red lights of the nearby crossing jammed (red). no car moved. Police came quite soon to handle the situation and let cars, including buses to move. Officer in the center of the crossing were giving handmarks to guide cars to move.

How about Paris. Another great European big city.

Of course there are also Madrid, Berlin, Rome, Moscow and a whole bunch of smaller big cities and there's also Istanbul, which mainly belongs to Europe and is a big one.

@Jyrki1964 I don't like Paris myself. It's like a living museum. They're so intent on preserving it that they refuse to make any developments and as such it's ended up really dull and lifeless.

They have scrapped the old limit of the height of the buildings inside Paris itself now.

Because of the limits there were built a town called La Defense just outside Paris itself. La Defense is growing, but who knows what's gonna happen to Paris itself in the near future.

@Aleon38 Oh it never made sense oh well you need to go college and learn English. London will be better then were you live, by 100% it also gets most tourists a year, and London ain't overrated. There are many USA countries that people think is amazing but their not they got the highest crime rate in the world, oh and America has "freedom of speech" uh no they don't explain why the police sprayed people with pepper spray on a peaceful protest instructed by the government no further questions.

england will b a dump in the next 20 years or so . all the good people r leaving , 100000 a year . while immigrants who don't care less r flooding in , over 200000 a year . i live in the north west of england and its an absolyte dump !!!

Well.. In Finland we do not have dump areas. Every area is worth living. Although every apartment or a house is not. But we don't have slums or favelas.

your far more likely to get murder in helsinki than in london, that does kind of suggest that there are dumbs in finland, london's worst area's are hackney, brixton, peckham and there houses there are fit to live in, maybe dumps is a bit far but there not very good area's to live.
