Im thinking EU style. In my opinion we desperately need a world government. The current system of independent national states is an anarchic system without hierarchy. In this system states have to fight constantly on the political and economical stage in order to ensure their survival. And as you all know, war is just a continuation of policy by other means. A single global currency would have no value as there would be no other currencies to compare it to, making it worthless paper. Im thinking more along the lines of the UN - individual countries still exist and they would elect their own delegates. A global currency would be more along the lines of the Euro - individual countries choose to take part in the global economy so that a kind of floating currency exists. Individual nations - similar to States - govern themselves; however, they are beholden to their international peers.

If you honestly think that humans are naturally selfish, greedy, evil, or any of that nonsense, then you're a dumb piece of shit.
Human behavior is environmentally determined. It the environment (ie society) didn't use corruption as it's basis through perpetuation of it, no human being would be greedy or selfish.
Without government, we are free. Anarchy, properly understood, works for all humanity.
