  • Great information. It's true that we limit ourselves when aren't looking "outside of the box" and make assumptions like these. Great reminder.

  • Hmm how low will the supplier go... The "best case" pricing scenario for you should be based on the industry benchmark, vendor's cost drivers and that is how you know that the vendor will not go any lower.
