Hey, i was just wondering if someone who is IN this sport competitivley could please give me a little info on this rhythmic gymnastics? I absolutly Loove to watch this and think its beautiful! I was wondering that a first day is like, and that they do to stretch you, warm up things like that. are the coaches mean to you? and just some info on it, i would loove to do this.. but i dont know if its really going to be for me on not. thak you so much!

@smileymiley130 well the coaches arent mean unless u have absolutely no idea wat ur doin, and the strecthing and stuff is REALLY painfull, u should try it!! a first day is usually really easy, the coaches see how flexible u r, and picks ur level!! glad i could help!:)
