I'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) that the coins appear even if you miss some, cause there are a few here that I had missed but I still got all 30... well that's for PS3 anyway :)

theres a relic you can get called "rage of farinata" that makes this go by alot faster

it makes it so that every fountain you interact with you dont have to wail on the b button

it does it automatically and its pretty fast =]

i played the game once and missed 2 coins and one relic (the relic was because i died and didn't picked it up again) so i checked to see which ones i missed. Turned out that one coin was a really obvious one, the ones that are in the middle of the road.

Someone told me that the coins carried over if you go back. I found out a few minutes ago that it wasn't true. :( Kinda sucks, but I wanna max out my Unholy side, so I guess I would've had to play over again anyway. Resurrection Mode: Starts from beginning of Limbo with carried over holy/unholy powers and levels, relics, magic, and Beatrice stones, but resets silver coins. Infernal is HARD.

Yeah, there is a mode that allows this. Although, you start in Hell, and not with the whole beginning story.
