Maybe.......just maybe we could hear more the AMP's clean sounds, and less "let me show my licks'!..so it distorts well & tight!!! Ok already!..but DEMO the cleans to show it's versatility & your ability to play clean or lack thereof!

I have this amp, and I swear it sounds a lot better than these clips! Please, hire a versatile guitarist to do demos! These amp goes from Van Halen to Wes Montgomery, ... but if you can't play that stuff it won't come out of the amp!

I´m from Brazil and I have two Rivera´s one R 100 and one R 55, I loved this amplis, Rivera is the best ampli of the world, I sold my Boogie´s ( Mark IV, Dual Rectifier and Road King ).

I have also R 55 12 and I wouldnt change it for any other amp like Orange or Boogie. It much more versatile then they are.

I've heard these amps in person and they have alot of depth an versatillity. Cuts through the mix w/o sounding harsh. Good strong balanced sound! Someday I will get one!

honestly, it's a beautiful made amp, but every amp mfg, from roland cubes to Mesa,s have basically the same demo sound clips,

they all sound the same after a while

I just received my Venus 6 today. It is an AWESOME amp. VERY versatile. My Fender Twin just went to a storage room. I thought I would never do that. Try one out. You won't be disappointed.

I wish you would have showed the amp settings for each part that he played. That would be much more helpful in determining the gain this amp has at each setting. Can't tell if you have gain at 10 or 6?????

The amp does sound GREAT, this has made me look into buying one. I just have nowhere to demo one so these videos are all I get. That's why I would really like to see the settings you are using to obtain the tones you're getting out of it.

...What exactly are you talking about.

He's playing 2 Les Paul Customs (one with humbuckers and the other with p-90s).

You can't really see the head stock but I'm 95% certain they're both Gibsons.

The only other possibility is that they're Epiphones, which I highly doubt. Epiphone is owned by Gibson anyways.

I stated druelling literally seriously at 2:13 - 2:18 when he put it on channel 2 on clean channel.. because it sounds like the mellow stuff from the foo fighters (which happens to be my favorite band). Sorta has a sound like statues from foo fighters new album, echoes, silence, patience and grace.
