Dude, you gotta remember, it takes 10 seconds to read the book without the pictures. If you put all of the text togther, it's probably only a paragraph, So you gotta cut them some slack for putting more stuff in!

It's not completely retarded of them to turn it into a PG13 movie because all of the kids that grew up with that book are adults or young adults now and wouldn't want to see a totally Disney'd out cutesy Where The Wild Things Are with that same kid from Arthur and the Invisibles or Bridge to Terabithia. I personally am really excited for a little more mature version of the book and can't wait for it to come out.
