To all the people talking about Ozzy being the Prince of Darkness: quit. Dracula was called that title even before Ozzy started his career with Black Sabbath. In fact, there's a Christopher Lee movie called "Dracula: Prince of Darkness", and it was released in the 1960s. Don't get me wrong, Ozzy's amazing, but I prefer Dracula as the Prince of Darkness.

I may be 16, but i still love 'the Batman' cartoon series. It's one of the most stylish cartoons i've ever seen, and takes advantage of all of Batman's skills & traits in the plotlines while still being simple enough for children to understand :)

Ehem, you (and makers of this movie) forgot that vampire has strength of 20 men, they can fly, shapeshift, use magic and all things like that. Besides, according to Bram Stoker's novel, sunlight doesn't harm vampires - it just drains all their power. And not all wooden stakes kill them - only asp ones.

Why do I even bother trying to be angry, i'm just very disappointed, I thought that even the american moviebusiness had their boundaries. Although the idea of Dracula fighting Batman or Spiderman is not new. It's been done quite a number of times in comics. I felt the fact that Batman kills Dracula really a let down. I mean I know Dracula is a bad guy but still in the comics he either got away or they worked out some arrangment.

comics are to entertain. it shows the power and wit of the hero. comics then was to amuse the fanatics but now illustrators add some or modify some like the attires of female heros or villains is very sexy which is unappropriate for young readers that is why parents should monitor, guide and explain to their kids what type of comics they are reading. the world evolves because of modern people's idea that some may not understand

cartooons were made for children but of course the trend before was different. now a days cartoons express goffiness by hurting, killing etc. like tom and jerry, ah cartoons and more.

everybody knows the cartoon or movie batman is an action-detective movie. the parents or elder member of the family should guide the minors watching it. the batman vs dracula is cool i just hope they the batman vs the predator. cool !!!

of course they were MADE for children originally, but a lot of kids from the 80's and 90's still relive their lives a lot, and one way is through cartoons. it is now becoming more of a trend to make cartoons more adult for 2 reasons, A) cartoons never age, while actors do. case and point, the simpsons. B) stoned college kids respond more to colors on the screen than subtly comedy, thus adult swim...

there are 3 movies being produced by warner brothers currently that i dont think are geared to kids: Superman Doomsday (superman's death), Justice League the new frontier, and Teen titans the judas contract; the latter of the 3 people based on a comic from the 80's or 90's cant remember, involving lots of death.

When the film was aired on TV,the TV rating given was TV-Y7-FV as it was assumed that this was going to be in the same tone as the kids tv series.However since there were more adult themes,blood and violence in general and that this was intended for a more adult audience rather than just the 7-12 year olds,the next time the movie aire,the rating was changed to TV-PG.On DVD,it was released as "Not Rated".

yea i agree witth jimjimjimmyjimjim . it wasnt rated because the creators though this was way to ficitional and acutlly made a deubt it on cartoonnetowrk on 2005 may or june and they only aired it once! key word ONCE! then they decided to rate it most ppl said PG13 but the creators said its TO FAKE PG so they argued about it for about a month and then rated it NOT RATED. x]

Hi.Yeah it wasn't rated because Warner home video needed the 7-14 audience (The original audience) of the series to eb able to watch this so it wasn't rated but it is PG-13 material.
