Skelton is wrong. They were never sold in canada or the us. It was sold in korea a long time ago for a limited time, where you can tell the shop to customize the colour of the guitar. They don't make them anymore and you cannot order them. They are discontinued. Also, it cost around $2000.

for all those wondering, its a signature model produced in Japan, no longer in the sold in the US or Canada. They can be ordered, but they are a pricey guitar $9000 and thats the guitar by itself. good guitars though, Alfee somthing is the guys name, look on his website

With esp, you can custom order a guitar, you can get it pretty much however you want, they do some pretty awesome things, but i'm not sure if his is custom made by esp, or he put that on himself, but gold pickguards you can buy online

PINCH harmonics. not pick harmonics.

Some of them come naturally as you play, but if you want a screech sound you have to pick the string and lightly touch it with your thumb. So as you pick you make a digging motion. By doing this you will make the string's vibration very suttle causing a high frequency and voilá, harmonic :). Harmonics come out more easily with a little distortion. Oh and use the back pick-up.

there called pinch harmonics. when you strum you choke up on the pick and after the pick hits the string your thumb hits the string if you choked up on it enough. good luck!
