AH glad your back& thanks for this! I had completely clear skin until I went to college. I think the mix of stress and NYC polluted air? ruined my skin. For the last 2.5 years I tried everything. Clinique INSISTED that I had oily skin, when I was sure it was dry (literally arguing with me, like I was dumb) and had me try their acne kit. I followed it religiously and ended up with tight, dry, burning and embarrassingly flaking skin, ON TOP of the breakouts. My point is TY & I'm trying this asap!

Take two:

My regimen is basically the same thing (I use Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser for sensitive skin and First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream) and my skin looks better than it ever did when I used to pile on salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. My derm also has me on an antibiotic. He recognizes the fact that my acne is due to irritation and bacteria, not oiliness. He says bacteria can come from things like dirty phones, pillowcases, and not taking proper care of your gums and teeth.

I will try to have a look at this Clarins moisturizer which I've already heard about when I will be done with my Origins routine. I also notice that changing the pillowcase frequently helps my skin to be clearer , now the food habits tend to play quite a big part in the appearance of the skin. I am going to start a routine with aha/bha from Peter Thomas Roth with its AHA BHA Acne clearing gel. I'm going to start filming my first video this week so please subscribe to my channel :)

OMG I've been waiting for sooo long to hear someone complains about the fact that the majority of the product for acne prone skin is for oily acne prone skin and most of the time only for the excess oil issue. And each time I go to any store to pursche skin care I'm hopeless, now it's a bit warmer in Paris compared to november and december which is a bit paradoxal but anyway now I have combination skin so my skin feels a bit better
