That caller is a little too optomistic in his estimates, but I hope to see an RV as well. Unfortunately, I've been over here since March of 2004 through OIF II, III and now Operation New Hope or whatever it's called. I just don't see what I had hoped to see at this point. When I pay my Iraqis, they would rather take less in the form of USD than to be paid in IQD.
Kuwait was a completely different story. They KNEW their worth and immediately went back to doing what they do best.

IQD will RV by the end of the year. if it does not RV by Jan 1 2011 then who knows when it will happen. it could take 2 more years. :(
