@TheManAzz I'm in London and the actuator itself was around 550GBP + labour. I ordered a new one as I didn't want to risk it to get a used one with the same problem.
@Spagyi Thanks, I'll check the actuator myself and if it's work alright and if there is no visual damage I'm going to replace the whole gerabox with manual.
@Spagyi But my problem is slightly different. The car runs fine and from time to time I get the snowfleak and can't set any gear nor forward or reverse - the only way to make it work again is unplugg the battery or wait some period of time.
@TheManAzz I had exactly the same problem. Sometimes the battery thing helped, sometimes not. There was a case when I couldn't start the engine for a week, and then suddenly like nothing has happened, the car was fine.
@Spagyi My drivers for days fine and then suddenly bach - snowfleak appears and "-" instead of gear number or it shows 1 and it's on neutral - can't run the engine.
So you're telling that the actuator was the problem?
I have on Lexia multiple DTCs but the one which last time appears
after I deleted the other was - "Power converter" or something like that.
@TheManAzz First it happened with me in Germany, and it has costed me a lot to be towed to a garage, and they found nothing, the car started ok, and they said there is no problem with the car. Then again after 3 months it happened once, and 2 months ago it was happening every second day. As I said in one occasion It didn't work for a week.
In the garage where it was fixed they only found problem with the actuator after the diagnostic check, so they changed it and since then it works.
I have the same problem, have you fix it? and what was the cost? Thnks a lot.

@GVMAXF Hhi, yes its fixed now. The gear acuator was faulty. Costed around 550GBP + labour.

It's problem with the software of sensodriver.
I got the same problem, Lexia shows multiple error on the gearbox.
Unplug the battery, plug it again - the actuattor will shift and then neutral appears.
I have no clue about the gearbox, I think I'm going to switch it with the manual.

I've tried everything, that was possible at home and does not need the car to be taken apart.
Finally the actuator hat to be changed, and since then the car is fine.
