What's up with that???

he isn't trying to make money. You can use those for free. The trick is, you have to download the song to your computer, and then email it to your phone and save it. I have been using this website for about 6 months now. Lots of variety and of course, FREE.. which is what the goal is!

Buy a phone that has an mp3/video player and USB cable connecter for pc and you can just upload any music to your phone from computer provided you have the storage space on your phone.

Also there are loads of free video to mp3 converters available online for converting from video to mp3.

Thats not the problem lol. You have to pay to send it to your cell phone. Thats why its the called the ringtone. Bc, you want it on your phone, not just on your computer.
