I'm not pickin' on either of u (Blackbabylove and Robin) but someone's vocal range is determined by the highest note they can hit from their diaphram. They don't have to be able to sustain that note, they just have to be able to reach it. Trust me, Cassi is a full-on alto.

No female is a TENOR, that is a male classification.

Women who sing a tenor part or has a range and tessitura around a Tenor's is classified as a contralto, low alto.

I believe women can falsettos, but it's more noticable in higher registers, especially whistle register for some. Other then that, they have head voices.
