  • You definitively have nothing to do but complain ..!!! come on dude!! get a life! I wouldn't waste my time recording my ugly and hairy face in a video just to complain about my internet service, and thinking AT&T's CEO would take a look at it and give me an award for the best customer complaint EVER!!! dumb ass!! get a life!!

  • at&t offered us 6mb download speed. play a lot of online games so i got it. was going slow(not even half of what they offered). called customer service to come check it out. turns out where i live i cant get 6mb download speed like they offered me and ive been paying for 6mb for a couple of months, so why the hell did they offer me something that wasnt available where i lived?

  • You need to call a threaten to cancel. It's the only way to get anything done with att DSL. Do not upgrade to uverse, as once you do, the policy is in place that does not allow you to go back to DSL. 

  • My problem was that I took the introductory offer of one full year and now that the year is coming to an end , the new price is almost 3 times the original amount. They offer no better price -- just add on more services for even more money. WORSE THAN THAT,,,, THEY ARE REFUSING TO END MY SERVICE EVEN THO IT IS PAID IN FULL.....WAITING TO BILL ME FOR THE BIG AMOUNT.

  • Thank you some one who is on the same pg as me I was transferring my Internet and they were I have to get u verse and it will 39.99 every month and this is just the Internet pro by it self to transfer it I have to pay 100 Dollars wth??!!

  • I hate to break the news to you sir, but your brought this all to yourself.

    First - If my internet fails for more than a couple of days. I change ISP

    Second - If the line cant hand your service at a certain speed and they refund you and you wine, your a total failure

    Third - Why do you want free equipment when its clearly stated on terms of service that equipment is only warrantied for a year??

    You are doing nothing but prove the stupidity of a typical dsl customer.

    Many areas only have one ISP service

    They didn't refund his money.

    I didn't hear him request free equipment.

    And as for stupidity, search the video 0.002dollar = 0.002cent (for some ATT stupidity)

  • I'm getting under 1mb download and upload for the "fastest AT&T dsl" at the time I got it which was around 2 years ago. It used to be fast, but I hadn't speedtested it when it was fast. I'm hoping to upgrade to Verizon Fios.

  • @FallenRein yea me and my friend are getting under 1mb download and upload everyday at the same time nonstop. i got tired of it and just got comcast. the excuse the att customer support was that it was on my end or that it was congestion, and that i should upgrade to an even faster speed, when i had already upgraded to a faster speed.
