Don't worry it's identical, in fact if if you buy Animal attraction, despite the same DVD cover etc, you get a tiny split second view of Hugh naked ! Kate and Leopold is a wonderful film too, he's just Prince Charming personified ! I bought Someone Like You/ Animal Attraction purely for Hugh's presence !
