Its a shorthand note taking app that allows you to type a shorthand version of a word, like govt and it would search like a dictionary and auto change it to government. Its going to be used for my school getting everyone an ipad :3 I have been thinking of other apps, and if i create them ill be sure to tell you.

You don't need to pay the $100 fee to build iPad apps. Just download xcode 3.2.6 from Apple after registering as a developer. Pay the money if and when you get an app built and worth selling.

Make fun of the kid all you want. He may be young, but if you're learning the basics, why have some over zeallous geek trying to complicate the process? The younger generation is much better at keeping things simple and dummied down. I, for one, have no problem with someone who is younger teaching me how to create a simple iPad app. I'm not trying to learn anything complex.

But just a tip... Try to put a blanket over the cage next time. That bird is annoying as hell.

The only thing I could really come up with was to make a program that had buttons, that would send a text msg to a specific cell phone. Then we would link up a cell phone to each episode of the show.

You need the $100 dev program to download the beta sdk's and this is a beta sdk i have the $100 account so i can download it

@DarGadgetZ Hi, TheAppleReviewGuy is right. I am a developer myself who has paid the $99 and yes anyone can download the normal SDK without paying. However as said this is a beta SDK meaning an early release just for paid developers. To access this beat version you must pay even though you can access the regular version for free. Hope thats clearer.
