@ebayaddict19 The Ryanair passengers who were stranded by the volcano were treated very shabbily by them. Their CEO stated it wasn't their fault so why should they pay for their passengers extra week in Tenerife? Maybe so but easyjet's sympathetic treatment (paying B&B for the first couple of days and then full board when it looked like a long delay) has probably gained them even more passengers than Ryanair lost!

I used to work with this guy, he's a legend. He's like that even when he's not in front of a load of passengers, totally genuine.

This pilot flew us back from hamburg last night! He was very funny AND got us into Gatwick 20 mins early! More comedy airline staff please :)
