You're probably being too wimpy, and going too slow. You've just got to do it, and go diagonally/forward. Also, keep practicing. All moves take a while to learn

on ur side, when u stab of ur abs and lif ur body up including the head and useing ur other hand for balance, its called the 1 handed turtle or handglide freeze

I can do baby freeze if i place 1 leg on the support arm but i cant lift both legs.. effortlessly

The balance just falls right off, i know the stab should balance you but theres got to be more to it

thats a knee drop to basic 6 step....then again he stops mid way so he dosent finish it but as u do ur knee drop u just go into a 6 step and other foorworks....
