  • This advice seems very impractical and appears to ignore the issue. I think most of the time when people comment negatively on a person's diet it's a passive-aggressive act, meant to thwart the person's efforts.

  • The video is good. I want suggest stay away from fried foods and stay away from fast food restraunts also. Eat baked foods like baked potatoes, baked chicken. Also limit your intake; eat multiple small meals a day not just 3 huge meals a day. SAnack on fruits
