Dubai is finished. Oil is going to ~50 FRNs / barrel and will stay their until Iran, Russia, Venezuela, and Dubai are bankrupt. That's the plan. All of Dubai's financial forecasts are based on oil at or above ~80 / FRN. Construction has already ceased on the Burj Dubai, which was supposed to be the tallest building in the world. It will now crumble into the desert sands.
