The sasung nc10 is ahead of Lenovo...everything is perfect about the Lenovo exept for one major flaw...its only a 3 cell and they wont have the 6cell ready till jan...this will be miss for lenovo since consumer looks for 6 cell netbook now...

and for Apple to ignore the netbook craze and not create their version netbook is their lost of opportunity for more profit.

I don't know about the rest of the World but in Europe, there is a 6 Cell Battery which allows the Lenovo IdeaPad S10 to run around 5 hours. This is on the market since launch in late november.

The thing you are right about is that Apple just missed the opportunity to create a good and CHEAP netbook. I even doubt that Apple is able to creat a netbook in the required price range... I hope they will soon prove me wrong ;)

dont think so, as 6 cell batterys are a lot larger and add bulk and more mass to the unit(some models make the battery stick out obnoxiously!) i aim for mobility, light weight, and portability with the netbook. I got the Lenovo S10 on its way .. itll be at my house by ups ground on the 20th =)

Why would anyone not buy the $450 netbook? Twice the space and RAM for only 50 measly dollars. Seems pointless to have the $400 one.
