Unless you were there, you have no way of knowing how fast the rider was going. While the bike suffered fairly minor damage, the rider was not a lucky and did spend some time in the hospital. Then I am sure he spent at least some big dollars for going that fast on a residential street. Not sure if you noticed, but the audio was from the public information officer from the Chandler Police Department, the agency that did the investigation and reported the speed that the investigation determined.
