Isn't this the left side of the fingered mode in almost Japanese digital music keyboard? hehe...well you have more scales and more functions...I guess?
I been searching for a modest keyboard and found that it isn't because you lack the resource. It is mostly because you lack the skills/experiences. You lack the persevere of perfecting a song several hundred thousand times consequential days of practice.
I have a question about this synth, I want to know if the card is sampling? I mean if you can get a ton of other synthesizer and saved it by plate sampling
Anyone who's had a proper listen to old analog synths will think this is pure crap...honestly, the synth tones are dry and lifeless, lack bass, and the emulation of real instruments is never gonna be as good as the real thing.
It sounds great as I had enjoyed playing one at a local music store. I wished that it had a color touch like Korg, Wersi and Roland. Plus intro's, breaks and endings for the performance styles. The performance styles are great and fund to play with! Yamaha is the best for digital sampling as I heard the acoustic piano as it sounds great.
Can you make songs with the presets?... What I mean is... Can you sell a CD with them on it? Is it copyrighted? If I play a built in track and blow my guitar over it can I then sell that on a CD? Legally?...
my favorite feature on the other motifs has been the ability to create your stacks of layers. I can't find a single video here that shows if you can..
Can someone tell me if yamaha is making voice libraries for the mox like they did for the motif xs and so on? If not are the libraries made for the mo or xs going to be compatible with the mox?
Is it just me or are all the producers in the R&B/Hip-Hop & Electro categories using the same drums today's hits? Because I keep hearing the same drums over and over just like the one being played in this video?
Okay... Thanks... The reason I ask is beacause I have a Roland FP-7 and that's advertised as a "Digital Piano" But it has all the voices & polyphony. It can follow my left hand & it also lets me record internally. Lets me play MIDI.. etc.. I want to by another piano for another location. When I looked at this at Guitar Center, I was really impressed! This thing was cranking out all kinds of backing tracks and sounds. It's just that I'm trying to determine if there's one main technical difference
I hate to ask a stupid question... But, can someone explain the difference between a synthesizer and a digital keyboard?... My Roland digital keyboard does a lot of this... Just wondering what the main difference is?
@sinsagoodmansbrother Synthesizers play electronic sounds generated from a sound engine that is completely programmable. Workstations can do this to a certain degree as well, but are more of an all-in-one for convenience. a WS is generally more expensive because of all the features/sounds it has. (motif, fantom etc.) "Digital keyboard" is a slightly ambiguous term. I think of wood paneled keyboards that have nice keys and are used for practicing when you don't have an acoustic piano.
he Bert you convinced me through your good performance and for my 40th birthday I let down my old Yamaha DX21 to the MOX6. I have it for 3 days now and arpegiator funcion makes me very happy.
2 weeks to order the keyboard in Germany from a shop. NO REGRET !
