When u raise ur feet up to the bar is one thing...but then extending up beyond that I'll bet really starts the burn quickly! I can hear those abs screaming! LOL Good movement...I'll see if I can handle it.
Dude you are amazing! Can you please post tutorials on how you progressed or how you built up to more advanced exercises? Sorry if that's asking to much.
Yeah definitely strong core. I did gymnastics and wrestling and doing bar work for abs was great.
