2 be honest, u really don't need a program. All u need to do is work your core, stretch, and just practice jumping a lot! And make sure your body fat count is low. Lastly, make it ur passion and have one! I went from barely getting net to grabbing rim in a year!
Lets just get this straightened out.. Africans/African Americans genetically have stronger muscle fibers in their legs due to survival purposes from where they were born at.. To hunt and survive they were born to be stronger and athletic.. this isnt being racist im just trying to give my opinion.

That statement means that all Africans/Afro-Americans are good at jumping???? NOT AT ALL!! That myth dates from way back then when the so called explorers and conquerors came up with their NOTIONS that were wrongly passed on to the slave traders who first wrote the books that misled most of the IGNORANTS who still follow these myths.

improve your vertical: have weights in you hand and do squat jumps and sit on one knee then jump up with weights, do this for about 20 mins each one, and for about 2 weeks, then once you dont use the weights your jump will have increased about 4 inches
