@DylanMachinima In the Modern Era, when you set a city to produce ONLY gold or science, it will put the production on zero and won't ask you to build something every turn. It's pretty much like turning off the city.

just a tip for next time: when you are at peace with another civilization, then you can always ask if there is another civilization and tell them to arrange a meeting. You could ask the russians (since they begin with a map). A bit annoying when i saw some ???? on cultural victory. Still, i LUV all the 12 parts gj on them :D

I hate how there can only be one ICBM per game. Online it turns into a arms race to see who can get it. Then it becomes who can capture the ICBM before we launch it. But you cant destroy capitals with the ICBM, you can cut the population in half. I suppose they dont let you becuase you need your capital to win. and it would make domination much easier.
