If they ever use Megaman (and I hope they do) they would probably go with the Original megaman and not the newer handheld ones. I'm holding out for Megaman X on Marvel Vs Capcom since he would be better than Zero.
Hi there. I am part of "everyone" and I know for a fact that if Mega Man is going to be in a Smash Bros game, it will be Classic Mega Man. There were too many classic games on Nintendo consoles for them to ignore. Plus, it is the only version of the Blue Bomber that makes sense.
It's not very great. Once I saw Megaman transform every different move I was already turned off. First of all, Brawl makers are too lazy to make 5 texture setsfor a single character, let alone a model. Second of all, this Megaman isn't as iconic as the original. Every kid who plays megaman knows that this isn't the first megaman that Capcom created. However, the moves seem somewhat reasonable.
Yes but, you must realize that Zelda characters only have style changes. Their moves are always the same from game to game, except for slight upgrades.
mega man in smash bros would be sick as an enhanced version of the original character.
think game and watch, with powers from the first mega man game.
Super jump would be rush coil, etc

It would be easier on Smash producers to use the same model for all the attacks, but, diehard fans would love classic megaman.

Yeah, I know, but they used twilight Princess for the Legend of Zelda characters, and i would figure that they would use the newest megaman...
