while you guys are saying that's its not possible, Google it before saying so, the circuit attached to the room's appliances is a blue-tooth receiver , and basically any bluetooth enabled phone could control it as long as you program the software. im looking into doing so for my final year project, also considering it to be over IP or mobile.
