Wonderful voice, solid and powerful. When he opens his voice fully, he's amazing. There's a few points where his sound closes (mostly the e's, I know I do it enough XD) and then he sounds like a little boy. Keep your sound fully open throughout and it'll be more internally and externally consistent.

I have for almost 30 years been a vocal coach for opera and musical performers and even for short periods worked with John Owen Jones and Colm Wilkinson. This boy who I can read is 19 I believe have even more talent and a more beautiful voice then both of them ! Offcourse they are better singers today but Belden is a lot better at 19 then both of them was at about 20-25 years old ! This guy will get big !
