Over priced zilla's ? what about the Crutic at $1000 for 48kw comparied to the 600kw controller in the car above which cost less that $5,000 but puts out more than 10 times the power ( for less than 5 times the price). Zapi runs abut the same ,,, So What controller is on the market NOW that is cheaper per kw than a zilla .. dose curits have a reve senser to run your cars tack and keep the motor from over reving NO.

The wheelspin would compensate because as the car has no exhaust making any great sound, the wheelspin makes the sound.

so you probably use the sealed lead batteries...which is just as well, they are much more cost effective

I have 28 (336volt) 926 oddessey's which weight 26 lbs and can put out 926 amp .

Yes zilla controllers rule with 2,000 amp 348v ,over 500,000 watts , when I started in EV 12 years ago all we had was 120v 400 amp controllers , 48,000 watts . the batteries in the porsche now can put out about 150,000 watts so I'm not at the max controller power yet ...

oh I see lousy Chevron, pity I think that Porsche would destroy other cars if on the road, check for Thunder Batteries in China there is also a Yahoo group , they can do the Lithum batteries cheap, hope I helped in that score, excellent though wish I could do an electric Porsche

Who was the film crew? What type of locker setup did the diff have to drive both tires?

The spider gears in the transaxil got stripped out ,, I welded everthing together and locked up both wheels , drove kind of funny but still spun both wheels ,,put bigger tires on , then one side let go ,,, no time to fix as decovery file crew was ready ,,, so goes life ,I'm working on a set up that will put one motor to each wheel ,, it has 2 now they just both went to the tranny ,, new set comming soon ,,

Oh I see can you use NiMH(Nickel Metal Hydryate) batteries or Lithuim Ion or is that out of your price range?

the gread Nimh batteries have been suppressed by chevon who won;t let anybody make them as they bought the patten ,, not Lithuim ion would give that little car 4 time the distance like 100 mile but they would cost me 30,000 so it;s lead for me for now.
