I attended Naca in Miami Feb 2011. I am divorced and have three children one who is disabled. June 2011 I received a response from Bank of America thru the Naca website. The proposal is a 3 month trial period for 1,173.00 . and the said after the trial period the modification would be permanent and the figure would change my a few dollars. My house is 24 months behind . I wish Bank of america would give me a Permanet Proposal

This is REAL !! I don't need a Loan Mod but I decided to volunteered at the La Convention Center for three days to make sure it was on the up and up, and I saw many people get 2% 30 year fixed loans. From what I saw and what people were telling me they got, well for sure this is for REAL!! GO NACA!!!
