These guys are amazing. I got into them when I saw the Reduced Shakespeare on DVD...then I got to see them do Hollywood abridged in Princeton. It was awesome.
I saw them in Hasselt (Belgium) today, they were great :)
All the Great books made me laugh hysterical, it didn't top that, but this was also very funny (2th part rocked) and very good acting by Noah Brody, Mark Farrell and Brent Tubbs.
Bible and America will be playing in Washington DC from March 11th through April 13th, 2008 at the Lansburgh theatre. If you are in the area, check them out.
In answer to your question, it all depends on what type of comedy you like best. America is less action than the other 2 but very well written. Bible has the most action, frantic and slapstick type humor making it the funniest of the three in my mind. Hollywood is their newest show which they continue to refine. In a year or two, it may be their very best. At this point, I would see Bible, America and then Hollywood in that order.
I have a question for the people out there that have seen or read some of the rsc stuff.
My friends and I are going to do either hollywood, the bible, or history of america. Is there anyone out there that knows which one is the funniest or can tell me which are funnier than others?
Put them where? The RSC is promoting this show and the Bible show because we're opening them this Fall in San Diego, Chicago, and San Francisco. Click on my user name and you can see the Bible promo.
