How did Bybee conduct his studies to determine how much pain was torture?
Maybe he just used studies conducted by others: nazis, fascists, serial killers... Shouldn't we learn from the past - about where to draw the line? Do you know how much pain you can inflict on someone before it's considered torture?
Let's put Bybee through what he describes as not torture, and see if he changes his mind.
