It took you three views? wow...it only took me one..its just simple physics (the greater the speed going off the jump usually means the more horizontal distance that can be achieved)...those of you that need to view this more than once to come to that conclusion must re-take either physics or high school because that is very elementary knowledge.

well andrew, it took me exactly 327 views of this video to conclude that there was a 120mph tailwind and overloaded suspension on his bike which popped him up into low earth orbit momentarily, causing him to go slightly, (50 feet or so), too far down the landing and the tail wind caused him to rotate forward enough so that he could absorb most of the massive impact with his head... did he survive?

for those saying he shouldve bailed, unless he was on a road bike (he wasnt) then he shouldnt have bailed because the suspension on mtn bikes is made to absorb some of the impact. Sure the bike would screw him over after the suspension maxed out, but its better than his kneecaps

You ever landed like that on flat compacted snow? It's like concrete. This video shows that trying to be clever...often makes you look extremely stupid. I just hope he had carte neige, or any other type of insurance because the only way he was leaving that mountain was in the belly of a helly.
