This is a beautiful video. I wanted to do something like this 23 years ago but the technology was not so advanced then. On behalf of the wonderful Guatemalan people who taught me so much about their heritage, the weavings that they inherited from their ancestors, and their suffering during the long nightmare of "la violencia" I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Every culture in the world could take a huge lesson from this small town of Mayan people. Through their pride and tradition they have kept the ideals and memories of their ancestors alive. Thanks for making me a little more enlightened and thankful in this upcoming holiday season. Gracias Jose.
