How to Restore your computer if locked up.

thanks man....u save my computer from be reformatted...

when i log in, there a massage that says "says unable to start because Uxtheme.dll was missing"

Start from the massage, i cant using anymore the task manager, explore.exe except cmd....

then after watching ya vid... wow i fill so amazed!!!

ok i know this is kinda different... i think.. but my comp will only go to the desktop when i am in safe mode..(like now)... and when i try to log in normally it asks for my password then says "logging off" when i enter it... i was thinkin i could restore it in safe mode but when i try to it says that there are no restore points for me to go back to... imma producer/graphic designer... my computer is my way of income... please help!!!

@musikballa Check the startup folder, the RUN (startup) part of the registry, and virus scan. If you need a how to then ask, I will put a video up.
