This shit is nothing new, i knew about hcg 15 years ago, Bodybuilders use it to reset their hormones after a roid cycle, its not for people with normal hormones like you had. The word "had" should send a red flag to you. What you have done is starved yourslef and used a drug to keep muscle. As soon as you stop HCG watch what happens. bodybuilders know.

@vivalajuicy65 It depends on what you are after. And its really a case of you get what you pay for when it comes to HCG. Homeopathic are the worst. Those are basically the 70% of pills and drops on the market. Those range from not effective at all, to actually being destructive. Then there are authentic drops. Those are considerably more expensive but the effects are more beneficial and the diet is considerably easier to follow. The injections are the best bet but cost a lot more.

Good at least there is one smart person here. Anyone who buys the homoeopathic drops, deserves all their fat lol. The word Homoeopathic, clearly means there is hardly any HCG in there, it will be like 1000 times diluted at least. I dont know much about these authentic drops, i just wonder what effect they will have on your liver and kidneys. To everyone else if you are smart you will Not take HCG at all unless u sure, and then just do injections to be safe.

And though I don't remember the name, you can just google authentic hcg drop and the link should pop up. Those cost around 120 a bottle while homeopathic, the ones that don't work in the long run, are considerably cheaper, ranging from 20-40 dollars a pack or bottle. The injections are the best way but also the most expensive. They are around 600 dollars for 40 days.

If you only 1-2 stone overweight (14-28 pounds), your hormones are probably NOT broke, and taking hcg will make your own hormones shut down eventually, leaving you with a serious hormonal imbalance in years to come. So pretty much my whole family is on this diet, plus a majority of friends. We have found that if you use scented lotions, if you deal with sweets, not getting enough sleep, and drinking (lol i know you like that!) you tend to plateau!

I plateaud after losing nearly 14 pounds in a week, its bound to happen, the best way to get it back is to do an apple day. I was actually less hungry on the apple day than on the regular hcg days. Also its not a good idea to do intense exercise during the low cal regimen. Long walks are much better.

Keep it up! The apple days are, per Dr. Simeon's Pounds and Inches book, to help you psychologically because it is a water issue. Stick with it and you'll do great. Keep looking at jeans versus weight because of the muscle you will gain by working out. Best of luck on your exams
