  • this is awesome!

  • That was VERY impressive.

  • what tempriture was it i love shooting in the cold

  • 1 year

  • .com

  • onebreathpursuit

  • Dude sick videos! In to free diving and spearfishing do you have and videos? l am in california if you want check out my blog!

  • u r one hell of a shot nice. im glad i found ur channel im learning alot. i also love how u break down ur videos for use noobs good job. im a amature hunter with pellet rifles thos crack barrel.

  • i love your channel. my type of friend forsure. but gotta be honest that second shot on that single pigeon is not 100 yards. maybe it is but u should zoom out after the kill just to give a perspective. no hate i love ur channel and vids. You know how to keep it real Edgunusa. u need a new pac sweater lol jk

  • @wakemnstackem1 I am honest, wackem. :) If you watch part 2 and 3 of this series, you will see me use a rangefinder to confirm the distance. I would actually like to be able to zoom out after a shot, but my camera does not allow zooming while recording. My old camera did this, but it did not have a slow-motion function. If I left the camera zoomed out, you would be able to get perspective for the distance...but, then you would not be able to see the pellet in flight. ;)

  • dude your videos are awesome 'n' all but seriously pick up some different glasses, they make you look like a HUGE tool

  • @ryswe I'm okay with that. :) The glasses stay. And please no one flame ryswe. He was just trying to help a guy out. I can handle well-intentioned criticism. My skin is thick. ;)

  • @EdgunUSA No hate intended, just some man-to-man fashion advice.

  • Enjoy your videos, this is just some phenomenal shooting.

  • do the pellets go through their body?

  • i wish i was as good as that=)...i could do 100 yards but with no wind...i dont know how to use my scope that much yet (speaking the 2 precise dials...i have a big distance dial that i know how to use

  • how did you know to where to shoot, i know you judged for wind, any tips on wind and distance adjustments

  • I hunt and restored every piece of furniture that my wife and I own. Even our home was a restoration project. My wife and I can buy new but we feel like older stuff was made better and we brag about what we have saved in our restorations. My brother-in-law and his wife are vegans and buy everything new. I get a lecture every thanksgiving dinner from them about eating meat and the ethics of it. I can take it but the moment I make a point he cracks - I reduce the landfills that they fill.

  • where r u located

  • ur accuracy an knowledge of the physics of ur shots is amazing....

  • would i be able to shoot game from distances that you are shooting from with a Ruger Air Magnum Combo .177 cal Air Rifle 1400fp/s?

  • how much jouls have this gun?

  • 2:52 Wow you're camera has AMAZING quality, I'm watching it at 360p, is that the bullet I see flying at the target? =O

  • Comment removed

  • Hey edgun,I just bought myself a GAMO delta fox,

This is my first air gun,and i hope to free our farm from critters and pests with it,

Do you think this is a good gun for starters?

  • some hell ov a shot buddy . nice gun.

  • smart guy i wouldent mind going hunting with you great vid man

  • I love it how you never forget the cats.

  • I wish I was such a good shot as you

  • wwooowww this is amazingg ahha

  • Hey Edgun, how is it possible that you have a pellet gun that shoots over 800 feet/sec, 906 seems impossible and in my County, it has to be registered as a firearm if it goes over 500 feet/sec in Canada.

  • Oh um by the way, i wouldn't touch the birdies bare-handed.

  • @MegaCophater The United States does not have restrictions on air rifle power like Canada and other nations. We are only limited by our imagination lol (and physics). :)

  • @EdgunUSA is it possible for the cats to get sick from the birds, becuase i pest shoot, but, im always afraid to give them to dog or cat, their my pride and joy and i dont want them getting sick you know

  • @EdgunUSA lol then im going to the US and shoot people with a highly powered air rifle :) They are indeed very deadly to humans if you upgrade them, I would recommend getting a license requirement for highly powered air rifles or someone is going to be hurt.

  • @EdgunUSA im a fan of your videos and ive alway wondered what does teds holdover mean

  • @MegaCophater There are pellet guns that shoot at 1500fps.

  • @ambientflier Well yeah, where can i get one in the Breakbarrel version that strong? Change the spring to a stronger one?

  • @ambientflier If that's possible.

  • @MegaCophater i got one that is 1200-1500 fps...but it is a firearm along with my 550 fps and my 820fps

  • @Nascarrr48 Video? Heh, if you got caught here you'd be charged with "Unlicensed firearms"

  • @Nascarrr48 Also yeah, the maximum power for air rifles, .177 cal only is 1000 feet per sec.

  • very good shots. incredible

  • i wish u were one of those birds

  • NINJA BIRD :D :D :D :D

  • Hi Ted.which rifle i should buy for long range hunting? CANAS Kral Magnum (made in Turkey) or GAMO shadow 1000X? or DIANA 35? i m completely confused plz help me out.

  • Ninja Bird :D:D:D

  • lol use the crosman pumpmaster thats what i have

  • Hey keep up the good work. don't the environmentalists bug you :)

  • @taylo226 The Haters are not environmentalists. They just claim that name because it makes them sound credible. Real environmentalists understand that nature requires management. These knucklehead are armchair hacks.

  • @EdgunUSA Why are city birds a lot less instinctive and dumber than wild/rural birds. Almost every shot i take at a pidgeon(that misses), it and the rest of them don't react. All they do is stick their heads up and look around.

  • @taylo226 Dude, Im a sniper in the U.S. Army Infantry....Good shooting...Keep up the good work. Even from my stand point, thats impressive....

  • matrix bird!

  • kill them to eat thats ok but killing them for fun that is bad idea , please try to shoot beer can or something else

  • I lıke your shots..

  • good hunting wow

  • wow.

    nice hunting man!

  • cool videos

  • whats your favorit air gun?

  • The Birds Look So Fake In This Video (I'm Not Saying They Are Fake I'm Saying They Look Fake.)

  • were you ever in the military...good shooting, love yur videos

  • nice fcking shots mate! were u a marine scout sniper?

  • Edgun, You look like Bear Grylls with your shades lol

  • Amazing shooting, you should be a hitman lol.

  • CURVE THE PIGEON, YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT...

  • Good shooting man.Flying rats.Get them all....

  • ohhhhh you are shit , you vs NaTuRe ohhhh , great man!! fuck!

  • @luc400aps3 go away troll, you read the message in the beginning so don't come here and post your childish BS!

  • i have to watch this in 240 p cause my granpas internet is as slow as a donkeys ass

  • what scope do you use?

  • Pigeons: "Man down!!! Man down!!"

  • nice shots dudee.

  • lots and lots of good shots i killed 7 birds today

  • Edgun i was just wondering if i had to make a longer shot and holdover has more dots than the dots my scope has, what should i do? Increase the magnification or something? But if i increase it all will be diferent.

  • @lokomakao This scenario is a double-edged sword because you would need to decrease magnification in order to be able to use your dots at longer ranges. This is because reducing magnification effective makes "more space" in between each dot. But, less mag also means you can't see you target as well. But, yes, it can be done. If you reduce your magnification by half (say 10X to 5X), you will have twice as much holdover potential with your mil dot cross hairs.

  • @EdgunUSA Thanks a lot keep that great shooting!!

  • i used a kar98k to kill shit, with my grandad

  • look at this guy, hes out the door before the others have ever got their pants on

  • edgun i'm just reluctant....i have several PCP guns.....and have made some great shots..

Shot rested 10 meter comps....200 total points plus possible acual bulls....i was a 200 guy

but always with a spinger....my TX.

  • whats up bother..... getting a Pneuma from AOA.....and still looking for a superaccurate rifle

my M-rods wee done by Greg Davis....and still they are no better than 50 70 meter hunters.

    sad.

picking up a camera and will try and make some interesting trick shots..( my speciality)

say hello....you still the man.....but of course there are other hunter/target guys with similar experience....ah hum.

  • hello

im 13 years old and im brazilian

here in brazil shooting with pellet gun is almost illegal, then we cant go outside with them and shot pingeons and stuff, today i killed my first pingeon, of course i was a little bit sad in the beggining but now im happy! im here to say i love ur videos and i will keep commenting about them! aweeeeesome!

  • are u a sharp shooter ? :D

  • Great marksmanship my friend, well done.

  • dear edgun, please make more vids, u make this look easy haha keep up the good work! ur fan!

  • Damn, that's some Wanted shit right there!

  • damnnn man , you are so good

  • pigeon does carry disease outbreaks such as bird flu..so think twice before eat them..

  • @azri3081 his cats eat em bro lol

  • what a great shot in 2:53!

  • Dear Santa... SERIOUSLY I WANT THAT GUN

  • 4:03 looks like a barn from a horror movie!

    and the bones....O.O

    those badass butcher cats! xD

oh and yeahh fucking good aim!!

  • You see, the problem is that the EDgun Matador .22 PCP costs just under ZAR 30,000 in South Africa, which amounts to around US$ 3,750 where you're from... Would you have paid that..?

  • I can't believe you are getting that speed and accuracy out of a short barrel. I used to shoot comp with a very old Sheriden. I got nothing like that!

  • @matchgrade303 Hi Matchgrade - The barrel is actually 18 inches long. The "fat" part you see on the end is just the shroud.

  • Speed of sound varies on tempurature, humidity, and altitude. Unless you know that is what it was for that day, I would say that the speed of sound was even slower. Maybe something around 1050-1100? Which would give it even less than 1/12th of a second to react. It is very interesting, weather it sees it or was spooked by something else...

  • great shot man. great shot

  • I can watch this all day. And then at night cry myself to sleep because you have such an awesome air rifle...

  • @FrikkieMeyer2008 hahaha - don't cry, save! (and work hard and stay in school) hehe. No way I could have afforded this gun when I was a young man. I guess I would have cried, too. :)

  • I GUESS RIGHT !!! AWESOME

  • that happened to me with a deer from 150 meters! luck son of er' bitch, i thought you were actualy aiming at the head of that bird to the right of your target

  • crazy son of a bitch

  • nice shots!!!! Brings back my days on the hunt LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

  • nice

  • you are the best at holdover in my opinion, good job

  • where did you buy this gun? im interested in buying one

  • NINJA BIRD!!

  • Very good video. Thanks

    s.

  • deym! you're good.

  • in germany you need a license for this and a special license for an stronger airgun. Wher do you live ? great shooting by the way XD

  • Peta gave the video 39 dislikes =D

  • you should do a shotgun hunting video!

  • When i watched your first video, i was mad, but i got used to your videos, I jumped up and down when u killed one. I think there's something wrong with me......

  • 8:01 brace for lulz.

  • Nice Videos !! i use a 10-22 for our farm birds but pellet gun seems a little safer than 22.

  • Damn you are a very good marksman, great shooting

  • Some GREAT shooting. Cat's were happy I bet.

  • what u do with the dead birds ?

  • nice shooting, this makes me wana pick up my air rifle again!

  • I laughed at 7:22.

You can eat the bird you you want right?

you just give to the mousers.....

  • I truly admire your rifleman-ship and excellent shots without doubt but how can you have a heart to take small life?

  • i like the ninja bird, i want one!

  • Nice i woulda had a big oldhonkin lip of grizzly in wen i was doin tht

  • Amazing video. And even more amazing to see these shots in slow motion! As a side note, you sound a bit like Edward Norton. Another cool thing haha. Keep up the good work! Kitties gotta eat...

  • @JonPOwns You play too much COD son. If you play shooting games play more realistic ones like Battlefield for example, where Wind and Distance matters

  • 2:55 Very cool to see the pellet coming in. That's a nice scope camera setup

  • Awesome, man!! keep up the good work ;) the best shot was 8:30

  • at 4:44 it looks like the pellet bounced off the bird, did it?

  • remember always to piss sorry shoot with the wind not against it

  • ur good at math lol.

  • good kill =D

  • Don't birds look so sad when they get killed?

It's true. They do..I'm not justifying keeping the ones that act as pests, but just stating they look sad

  • Just a quick question im gettin an air rifle for my child but is 58 lbs of cocking force too much he is 14 yhanx

  • @lolman2008112 There are cross hairs ON a pigeon in the thumbnail. The title of the video is "Pigeon Shooting". And you expect me to believe you watched it ONLY because "it was recommended". Part of you wanted to see this. You know it. Accept it. Don't bark at me because you hate yourself. I "recommend" you take a long hard look in the mirror.

  • @EdgunUSA hey please reply!!!! where did you buy youre gun!!! plz reply

  • @lolman2008112 It was recommended? Then you were obviously watching related videos, such as hunting. Gtfo troll.

  • @lolman2008112 How annoyed do you get when people tell you to stop being a tree hugger? Then how annoyed do you think he gets when you tell him to start being a tree hugger? just somthing you should think about.

  • @lolman2008112 your a fucking loser...

  • @lolman2008112 Get off your High Horse Lolman

  • @lolman2008112 lol powned

  • @lolman2008112 Your a dweeb living in a fantasy land.

  • @videoclipits I lol'd at your "dweeb." But I do agree.

  • @lolman2008112 your a fag how do you think we all eat dumb ass we kill animals

  • @JonPOwns The strong wind is blowing the pellet, my friend. Bullets/Pellets are affected greatly by wind. The shooter must compensate for this.

  • HI, I'm from Sweden and i don't know like anything at all about pigeon hunting or hunting in general but if you feed those pigeons to your cats they should get toxicated right? Because i have heard that lots of pigeons in USA are pest carriers. Anyway, nice video!

  • I dont want to sound silly but when your cross hair is of the target are you compensating for the wind? Good videos.

  • nice vid

  • I love this video! I laughed at the ninja bird!!

By the way, damn you shoot good! With the wind and all!

  • birds can see long shots coming. They see the pellet in the air, no kidding.

  • i really love your video , i just hope u can continue to kill 1 shot and not for fun , cya !

  • haha. We get wind a LOT in Nebraska. It can be hard to shoot in wind.

  • haha. We get wind a LOT in Nebraska. It can be hard to shoot in wind.

  • You are awesomem:)

  • are these city pigeons that hang over traffic all day safe to eat? as far as i can see they are just filling themselves with car exhaust and chemicals....and are they tasty when they arent put in your special pie?

  • That last bird... I don't know much at all about the weapon you're using, but I doubt it's loud enough for a bird to hear it from 80 meters out with 25mph winds... Being a pellet gun, I'm assuming it's generally pretty quiet.

The bird prob caught a glimpse of it prior to impact.

Besides, hearing a sound still requires mental processing and such. The real reaction time of the bird, if it truly heard the shot and reacted accordingly, would have been far quicker than 1/12thsec. Not working for me

  • Damn, you have realy good aim! :-)

  • hi there what f/b is your gun

  • nice video

  • Yorkies are also good for keeping mice at a low(I think that dogs are way cooler than cats) :P

  • Why dont u add some vidz of spearFishing.!?!?!?!

  • So that's how you curve the bullets!

  • where you down in southern Wisconsin when we got dumped on with 2 ft of snow bc that was around this time :P

  • love the vid man, that was some awseme shooting, i shoot pigeons with my stealth .22 but never quite at those distances. well done and i look forward to watching more of your vids

  • Which rifles are better? compressed air, co2, or spring? awesome vids by the way!

  • 6:40 whats a 22lr?

  • @thebowlzack A .22 LR is a certain type of ammo or the designation for a gun that fires this caliber, it means it's .22 caliber but then the Long Rifle (LR) variant, as there are many .22 variants with the LR being the most common one. In case you're a mainland European you might also wish to call it a 5,6 mm cartridge. Hope this helped you out!

  • @AwesomeDutchGuy yea it did. thanks for the help

  • Where did you get your rifle?

  • I RLLLLLY like the fact that we can see the pellet in every video (or almost) thats rlly cool. subbed

  • Awsome shooting dude

  • @JuliaSofieRW No. But, I do think it is condescending and pretentious using rhetorical questions to attack someone's character in an attempt to control their actions.
